President and CEO

Mike is the owner, founder, President and CEO of VoicePro.

Mike started in the telecommunications industry in 1980 with Central Telephone. From there he pursued opportunities selling automated attendant and voicemail systems. Always the entrepreneur at heart, Mike went on to start up VoicePro in 1988. Over the last few decades, Mike has helped the company stay abreast in the latest technology.

As important as technology is, Mike always emphasized that it’s “service—and people—that come first.” In fact, Mike brags that his employees and customers remain committed to VoicePro for years, if not decades, which is longer than the average.

Mike is a St. Louis native and avid golf player. He has been married to his wife, Dianne, for over 34 years. They have four grown sons together: Michael, Kevin, Matthew, and Joseph.

General Manager

As of late 2016, Joel oversees all business operations at VoicePro, dedicating his time to ensure every department is running smoothy. Prior to becoming General Manager, Joel served as Director of Sales for 10 years.

Joel’s first exposure to voice technology was while serving on the USS Peterson in the 90’s… with a ship’s phone system that was still voice-powered. Since then, Joel has accumulated over a decade of sales and service experience, working for companies like AT&T, Cardinal Health, and Cintas.

When asked to describe his role at VoicePro, Joel said, “My goal is to provide pre-sales support to all of my prospects with ongoing support after the sale. I want to build long-term relationships with my customers so that they see me as a valued partner.”

Joel is a Navy veteran and has been married to his wife, Shelby, for over 18 years. They have a daughter, Haley, and a son, Alex.

Customer Service Manager

As Customer Service Manager since 2015, Roger works with the technical staff, sales department and customers to ensure service satisfaction. This primarily involves addressing any issues or lingering questions as well as helping with timely system upgrades.

In the past, Roger worked in both customer service training as well as with various communication companies. At VoicePro, Roger has found a place where he can merge his expertise into one position.

Roger is a St. Louis native, but spent much of his youth traveling with his family, since his father also worked in telecom. A graduate of Mizzou, Roger also worked for a brief time as a radio DJ. He has been married to his wife Julie for over 19 years and has two sons. When he’s not serving VoicePro, Roger is a soccer fanatic.
